1电缆排管施工技术措施
开挖时应使用1.1台挖掘机,电缆槽基础施工应采用人工协调。沟槽基础形成后,应手动平整,并浇筑地面混凝土。
1.2电缆管道组的敷设和埋砂均采用人工进行。管道分层间距和埋砂厚度应符合设计尺寸,砂管布置必须紧密结合。
1.3电缆埋设后,应分层回填土方。每层厚度不超过15cm,人工夯实。剩余土由汽车运至弃土场。
2电缆井施工技术措施
2.1利用挖掘机挖掘地基,然后对混凝土楼板进行水平浇筑和手动浇筑。
2.2人工砌筑电缆井井壁,按设计要求预埋L100×10电缆支架。
2.3电缆井顶部现浇。钢模板的高度、宽度必须符合设计尺寸,支撑牢固,模板稳定。浇筑时应振捣密实,严禁漏振。
2.4盖板全部预制,安装时采用机械吊装,人工配合。盖板安装完成后,土方回填夯实,余土运至弃土场。

1. Construction technical measures of cable row pipe

2. Construction technical measures of cable well
2.1 the foundation is excavated by excavator, and then the concrete floor is leveled and poured manually.
2.2 build the wall of cable well manually and embed L100 × 10 cable support according to the design requirements.
2.3 the top part of cable well is cast-in-place. The height and width of the steel template must meet the design size, and the support should be firm and the template should be stable. When pouring, it shall be vibrated compactly, and leakage vibration is strictly prohibited.
2.4 all cover plates are prefabricated, and mechanical hoisting and manual cooperation are adopted during installation. After the cover plate is installed, the earthwork shall be backfilled and compacted, and the remaining soil shall be transported to the dumping site.

1、电缆排管的施工技术措施
1.1采用挖掘机开挖,人工配合的方法进行电缆沟槽基础施工,沟槽基础形成后由人工整平并进行地板砼的浇筑。
1.2电缆排管的铺设和埋砂全部由人工进行,逐层管间间距和埋砂厚度要求符合设计尺寸,必须使砂和排管形成密实的整体。
1.3 电缆埋设完毕后进行土方回填回填时分层进行。每层厚度不超过15cm由人工进行夯实。余土由汽车运至弃置场。
2、电缆井的施工技术措施
2.1由挖掘机开挖出基础,然后由人工平整并浇筑砼地板。
2.2人工砌筑电缆井墙体并按设计要求预埋L100×10电缆支架。
2.3电缆井压顶部分使用现浇方式进行。钢摸板的高度和宽度必须符合设计尺寸支撑要牢固,摸板稳固。浇筑时振捣密实,严禁漏振。
2.4盖板全部预制,安装时采用机械吊装,人工配合。盖板安装完后进行土方回填并夯实,余土运至弃置场。
