为保证平面控制网的相对精度,按设计规定的红线桩点位置和红线边方向进行测量。根据不同的表面、工期、网形和精度要求,采用不同的测量方法,保证施工需要和精度要求。
根据定位条件,现场直接测量控制装置的定位。这样既保证了主楼轴线的定位精度,又使整个施工测量简单易行。
控制网经自检合格后,通知施工单位和监理单位对线路进行检查。接到合格通知后,方可正式使用,并采取切实措施保护桩位。
(1) 沿施工管线设置水准点和坐标点,并采取保护措施作为详细放样的依据。
(2) 当水准仪设置在场地的任何地方时,可以同时看到两个水准点以供使用。
(3) 全场各水准点高程经自检合格,并经有关技术部门和甲方检查合格后,方可正式使用,雨季前后应做好桩位保护和复测,确保高程的正确性。
3、 高程控制网的测量精度
根据已知场地高程控制网引测。测量完设计标高后,应将其附着在另一个指定的水准点上进行检查。闭合差应小于±5nmm(n为测站数)或±12mm√L(L为测线长度,单位KM),闭合差合格后,按测站数正比例分配。如果在现场附近的设计中只给出一个已知高程的水准点,则应采用往返测量法或闭合测量法进行检查。实际测量采用S3水准仪,视线长度不大于70m,注意前后视线等长,镜位及拐点应稳定,尽量使用塔尺

当控制网测定并经自检合格后,通知建设单位、监理单位验线,在收到验线合格通知后,方可正式使用,并采用切实措施保护好桩位。
(1)沿施工管线沿线设置水准点及坐标点,并采取保护措施,作为细部放样依据。
(2)在场地内任何地方安置水准仪时,都能同时后视到二个水准点,以便使用。
(3)整个场地内各水准点标高经自检及有关技术部门和甲方检测合格后,方可正式使用,桩位采取妥善保护,并在雨季前后各复测一次,以保证标高的正确性。
三、标高控制网测设精度
场地标高控制网根据指定的已知标高的水准点引测到场地内,测出设计高程后,到另一指定的水准点做附合校对,闭合差应小于±5nmm(n为测站数)或 ±12mm √L(L 为测线长度,以km 为单位),闭合差合格后,按测站数成正比例地分配,如果场地附近设计方面只给出一个已知标高的水准点时,应用往返测法或闭合测法进行校核。实测时用S3 型水准仪,视线长度不大于70m,且要注意前后视线等长,镜位与转点均要稳定,使用塔尺时,要尽量不抽
