铜管的布置和敷设应符合有关规定

铜管的布置和敷设应符合下列要求:

1建筑给水铜管系统不宜直接连接钢管和其他金属管道及管件。

2埋地铜管宜采用塑料复合铜管。

4.4.6室外给水金属管道覆土深度应根据土壤冻结深度、车辆荷载、管道材质、管道穿越等因素确定。管顶最小覆土深度不应小于土壤冻结线以下0.15m,行车道下管道覆土深度不应小于0.7m。

4.4.7室外给水金属管道上的阀门应设置阀井或阀套。

4.4.8给水金属管与其他管道同沟敷设时,应在热水、热管下方,冷冻管、排水管上方。给水金属管道与各种管道的净距应满足安装作业的需要,且不小于0.3m。

室内冷热水管平行敷设时,冷水管应在热水管下方;室内冷热水管平行敷设时,冷水管应在热水管右侧。

生活给水金属管道不得与输送易燃、可燃、有害液体、气体的管道同沟敷设。

4.4.9立管布置在用水量相对集中的位置,沿墙角或柱边敷设,横管沿墙敷设。

4.4.10管道不得敷设在烟道、风道、电梯井和排水沟内。管道不应穿过窗户和壁柜。管道不得穿过大小便池,立管与大小便池端部的距离不得小于0.5m。

4.4.11管道不应穿过伸缩缝、沉降缝和变形缝。如需穿越管道,应设置补偿管道膨胀和剪切变形的装置。

4.4.5 the outdoor water supply metal pipe of residential area should be laid parallel to the building along the road in the area, and should be laid under the sidewalk, slow lane or lawn; the clear distance between the outer wall of the pipe and the outer wall of the building should not be less than 1m, and the foundation of the building should not be affected.

The minimum clear distance between the outdoor water supply metal pipeline and other underground pipelines and trees in the residential area shall comply with the provisions of code for design of building water supply and drainage (GB 50015).

Anti corrosion measures shall be taken for outdoor buried metal pipelines.

4.4.6 the soil covering depth of outdoor water supply metal pipeline shall be determined according to the freezing depth of soil, vehicle load, pipeline material, pipeline crossing and other factors. The minimum soil covering depth of the pipe top shall not be less than 0.15m below the soil freezing line, and the soil covering depth of the pipeline under the carriageway shall not be less than 0.7m.

4.4.7 valve wells or valve sleeves should be set for valves on outdoor water supply metal pipelines.

4.4.8 when the water supply metal pipe is laid in the same ditch with other pipes, it should be under the hot water and heat pipe, and above the freezing pipe and drainage pipe. The clear distance between water supply metal pipeline and various pipelines shall meet the needs of installation operation, and shall not be less than 0.3m.

When the indoor cold and hot water pipes are laid in parallel, the cold water pipe shall be under the hot water pipe; when the indoor cold and hot water pipes are laid in parallel, the cold water pipe shall be on the right side of the hot water pipe.

The domestic water supply metal pipeline should not be laid in the same ditch with the pipeline conveying flammable, combustible or harmful liquid or gas.

4.4.9 the vertical pipe shall be arranged at the position where the water consumption is relatively concentrated, and shall be laid along the wall corner or column edge, while the horizontal pipe shall be laid along the wall.

4.4.10 pipes shall not be laid in flue, air duct, elevator shaft and drainage ditch. The pipeline should not pass through the window and wall cabinet. The pipe shall not pass through the fecal and urinal tanks, and the distance between the riser and the end of the fecal and urinal tanks shall not be less than 0.5m.

4.4.11 the pipeline should not pass through expansion joint, settlement joint and deformation joint. If it is necessary to cross the pipeline, devices shall be set to compensate the expansion and shear deformation of the pipeline.

4.4.5  居住小区的室外给水金属管道,应沿区内道路平行于建筑物敷设,宜敷设在人行道、慢车道或草坪下;管道外壁距建筑物外墙的净距不宜小于1m,且不得影响建筑物的基础。

居住小区的室外给水金属管道与其它地下管线及乔木之间的最小净距,应符合《建筑给水排水设计规范》GB50015的规定。

室外埋地敷设的金属管道应采取防腐措施。
