4.1.2.1打桩机在安装、拆卸和操作过程中，作业现场应用旗绳围挡。严禁非工作人员进入，遇六级以上大风应停止工作。

4.1.2.2桩帽和衬垫必须与桩型、桩架和桩锤兼容。如有损坏，应及时修理或更换。

4.2.1模板

4.2.1.1总则

c）高处模板的安装和拆除必须符合高处作业的有关规定。工作人员上下木梯，不得攀爬模板或支架。严禁在独木或悬模上行走。

d）结构高度高、复杂的模板安装、拆除，应制定安全技术措施。

模板安装

（a）模板顶部支撑应为竖直，底端应为平的，用木料填充，木楔应牢牢钉牢，支撑必须用横杆和十字撑来固定，支撑处的地基必须牢固，并严格防止支撑下沉和倾倒。

b）安装4m以上的柱模时，周围必须固定牢固。作业时应搭设临时工作平台。安装独立梁模板时，不得站在柱模板上或在梁底模板上行走。

c）采用钢管脚手架作模板支撑时，必须进行计算，每根立柱的荷载不得大于2T，立柱上必须设置水平拉杆和横撑。

4.2.1.3拆模

a）拆模应符合下列规定：

1）拆模应采取安全施工措施，确定拆模运输方式。

2）高处拆模应划定警戒范围。

4）拆模应按顺序分段进行。严禁大面积撬、砸、撬、拉。

7）严禁从高处撬下模板，用绳索吊下或用溜槽（轨）滑下。溜槽（轨）周围不小于5m的位置，应设危险标志和旗绳，并设专人监护。

b) When erecting the column formwork of more than 4m, the surrounding must be fixed firmly. Temporary working platform shall be set up during operation. When erecting the independent beam formwork, it is not allowed to stand on the column formwork or walk on the bottom formwork of the beam.

c) When steel pipe scaffold is used as formwork support, it must be calculated, and the load of each column shall not be greater than 2T. The column must be equipped with horizontal pull rod and cross bracing.

4.2.1.3 formwork removal

a) Formwork removal shall comply with the following provisions:

1) Safety construction measures shall be taken for formwork removal, and the method of removal and transportation shall be determined.

2) The warning range should be delimited when removing formwork at high place.

4) The removal of formwork shall be carried out in sections in sequence. It is strictly forbidden to pry, smash, pry or pull down in large area.

7) It is strictly forbidden to pry down the formwork from high place, and it shall be lifted down by rope or slide down by chute (rail). The position not less than 5m around the chute (rail) shall be surrounded by danger sign and flag rope and supervised by special personnel.

a）模板顶撑应垂直，底端应平整并加垫木，木楔应钉牢，支撑必须用横杆和剪刀撑固定，支撑处地基必须坚实，严防支撑下沉、倾倒。

b）支设4m以上立柱模板时，其四周必须固定牢固。操作时应搭设临时工作台。支设独立梁模板时，不得站在柱模上操作或在梁的底模上行走。

c）采用钢管脚手架兼作模板支撑时必须经过计算，每根立柱的荷载不得大于2t。立柱必须设水平拉杆及剪刀撑。
