《110~500kV架空电力线路施工及验收规范》GBJ 233-90(修订)

1.0.3架空输电线路工程必须按照经批准的设计文件和有关各方审查的设计、施工图纸进行施工。当需要变更设计时,应经设计单位批准。

1.0.7架空输电线路工程测量、检验的仪器、仪表和量具必须经过检定,并在有效期内。

2.0.1架空输电线路工程所用原材料和设备必须符合下列要求:

1有该批产品出厂质量检验合格证;

原材料经抽检合格后方可使用;

5.1.2 1. 禁止氯盐掺入基础混凝土中。

5.2.9试块应从现场浇筑混凝土取样,其固化条件应与地基基本相同。

5.2.10试块数量应符合下列要求:

1角隅、张力、终端、换位塔和直角塔的基础应为一组;

2对于一般的线性塔基础,对于同一施工队的每5个或少于5个地基应选择一组,一组也应选择单基础或连续浇注混凝土数量超过100m3;

三。对于大跨度设计的直塔基础和斜拉索基础,每条腿应采用一组,但当基础混凝土数量不超过同一工程中的大角距或终端塔基础时,每个地基应采用一组;

4当原材料和配合比发生变化时,应单独制作。

6.1.1塔架组装必须有完整的施工技术设计。在装配过程中,应采取措施避免部件变形或损坏。

6.2.1塔架只有在满足下列要求时才能组装:

1中间验收合格;

2塔架拆装时,混凝土抗压强度应达到设计强度的70%;

三。当整个塔架竖立时,混凝土的抗压强度应达到设计强度的100%;当塔架运行采取有效措施防止地基承受水平推力时,混凝土的抗压强度可以不小于设计强度的70%。

6.3.1混凝土电杆(指离心环式混凝土电杆)及预制构件在装卸、运输过程中,严禁相互碰撞、急剧坠落和支撑不当,防止混凝土开裂等损坏。

7.1.1架线前应提供完整有效的架线施工技术文件(包括架线、架线及附件安装)。

1.0.3 the overhead transmission line project must be constructed in accordance with the approved design documents and the design and construction drawings reviewed by relevant parties. When it is necessary to change the design, it shall be approved by the design unit.

1.0.7 the instruments, meters and measuring tools for overhead transmission line engineering measurement and inspection must be verified and within the period of validity.

2.0.1 the raw materials and equipment used in the overhead transmission line project must meet the following requirements:

1. Have the factory quality inspection certificate of this batch of products;

If the raw materials are qualified, they can only be used after sampling inspection;

5.1.2 1. It is forbidden to mix chlorine salt into foundation concrete.

5.2.9 the test block shall be made by sampling from the pouring concrete on site, and its curing conditions shall be basically the same as the foundation.

5.2.10 the number of test blocks shall meet the following requirements:

1. The foundation of corner, tension, terminal, transposition tower and straight angle tower shall be one group;

2. For general linear tower foundation, one group shall be selected for every 5 or less than 5 foundations of the same construction team, and one group shall also be selected for single foundation or continuous pouring concrete quantity exceeding 100m3;

3. For the straight tower foundation and stay wire foundation designed according to the large span, one group shall be taken for each leg, but when the foundation concrete quantity does not exceed the large corner or terminal tower foundation in the same project, one group shall be taken for each foundation;

4. When raw materials and mix proportion change, it should be made separately.

6.1.1 there must be a complete construction technical design for tower assembly. In the process of assembly, measures should be taken to avoid deformation or damage of components.

6.2.1 the tower can be assembled only when the tower foundation meets the following requirements:

1. Pass the intermediate inspection and acceptance;

2. When the tower is disassembled and assembled, the compressive strength of concrete should reach 70% of the design strength;

3. When the whole tower is erected, the compressive strength of concrete should reach 100% of the design strength; when the tower operation takes effective measures to prevent the foundation from bearing horizontal thrust, the compressive strength of concrete is allowed to be no less than 70% of the design strength.

6.3.1 it is strictly forbidden to collide with each other, fall sharply and support incorrectly during loading, unloading and transportation of concrete poles (refers to centrifugal ring concrete poles) and prefabricated components, so as to prevent concrete cracks and other damages.

7.1.1 complete and effective construction technical documents for stringing (including stringing, stringing and accessory installation) shall be provided before stringing.

1.0.7  架空送电线路工程测量及检查用的仪器、仪表、量具等,必须经过检定,并在使用有效期内。

2.0.1 架空送电线路工程使用的原材料及器材必须符合下列规定:

1.有该批产品出厂质量检验合格证书;

3.对砂石等无质量检验资料的原材料,应抽样并经有检验资格的单位检验,合格后方可采用;

5.1.2  1.基础混凝土中严禁掺入氯盐。

5.2.9  试块应在现场从浇筑中的混凝土取样制作,其养护条件应与基础基本相同。

5.2.10  试块制作数量应符合下列规定:

1.转角、耐张、终端、换位塔及直线转角塔基础每基应取一组;

2.一般直线塔基础,同一施工队每5基或不满5基应取一组,单基或连续浇筑混凝土量超过100m3时亦应取一组;

3.按大跨越设计的直线塔基础及拉线基础,每腿应取一组,但当基础混凝土量不超过同工程中大转角或终端塔基础时,则应每基取一组;

4.当原材料变化、配合比变更时应另外制作。

6.1.1  杆塔组立必须有完整的施工技术设计。组立过程中,应采取不导致部件变形或损坏的措施。

6.2.1  铁塔基础符合下列规定时始可组立铁塔:

1.经中间检查验收合格;

2.分解组立铁塔时,混凝土的抗压强度应达到设计强度的70%;

3.整体立塔时,混凝土的抗压强度应达到设计强度的100%;当立塔操作采取有效防止基础承受水平推力的措施时,混凝土的抗压强度允许不低于设计强度的70%。

6.3.1  混凝土电杆(指离心环形混凝土电杆)及预制构件在装卸及运输中严禁互相碰撞、急剧坠落和不正确的支吊,以防止混凝土产生裂缝和其他损伤。

7.1.1  放线前应有完整有效的架线(包括放线、紧线及附件安装等)施工技术文件。
