1.1.按照国家规定的标准,包括各行业或生产厂家的标准,管材在运输、装卸和搬运时要小心轻放,不得受到剧烈撞击。严禁抛、摔、滚动及烈日暴晒,缆绳与管材接触处宜有软质材料隔离保护。
2.管材储存地应平整,堆放整齐,堆放高度不超过1.5m ,距离热源不少于5m。不得露天暴晒,如露天堆放应加以遮盖。管材扩口部位应交叉放置,避免挤压变形。
3.加工温度、时间、压力、视气候状况作相应调整。
4.管材最小弯曲半径应≥75管外径。

当我们在进行使用时,因为对整体的设计需求,常会进行焊接施工,我们在焊接施工中应当注意哪些呢。MPP电力管焊接面管材错边不超过管材壁厚的10%,当气温低时,应适当加热温度和吸热时间,当温度低于﹣5℃或大风天气时,应有保温和防范措施。MPP电力管加热压力应分阶段控制,加热时压力稍大,吸热时压力较小。焊缝冷却时应自然冷却,采用强制冷却时,将影响管材焊接。下雨天气不能进行MPP电力管焊接,否则焊接管材端面会产生水汽,在加热前,应用加热板烘烤管材端面至水汽完全蒸发为止,然后进行管材加热。MPP电力管加热板表面及管端应经常用酒精清洁,确保加热板表面无油污和水,及杂质。加热板表面防粘层应不损伤,进行焊接前,应用干净的绵纱或抹布管材端面的水,杂质和泥土。应保持焊接管材端面清洁。

Before heating, the end face of the pipe shall be baked with a heating plate until the water vapor is completely evaporated, and then the pipe shall be heated. The surface and pipe end of the heating plate of MPP power pipe shall be cleaned frequently with alcohol to ensure that the surface of the heating plate is free of oil, water and impurities. The anti sticking layer on the surface of the heating plate shall not be damaged. Before welding, clean cotton yarn or rag shall be used to clean the water, impurities and soil on the end face of the pipe. The end face of welded pipe shall be kept clean.
