在PE给水管施工过程中,为了确保施工质量,确保PE管材的实用性能,一定要做水压试验,检验施工质量,预防走水的时候发生渗水、爆管现象,这里润硕管业给大家整理一份PE给水管一次通过水压试验的方法。

PE给水管水压试验步骤:

  1 、为了尽可能排除待测试的PE管道内的空气,减少PE管内空气对试压结果的影响;应做到以下四点:

  (1).进水口尽量设置在待试PE管道中最低点,排气口设置在待试PE管道中最高点。灌水时,同时打开进水阀门和排气阀门;当排气阀门有水流出时,缓慢关闭排气阀,排气阀全关后,关闭进水阀。

  (2).压力表应尽可能放置在该段管道的最低处。

  (3).以稳定的升压速度将压力提高到要求的压力值,切忌猛然快速升压。

  (5).PE管在试验压力下,缓慢打开排气阀,观察是否还有残余空气排出,若水是连续、不间断地喷出,则表明待试管道的气体已完全排净,则可关闭排气阀。

PE给水管道试压时,原则上不带阀门进行试验

  2、试压条件不允许须带阀门进行试验时,待试管道中的阀门的工作压力必须大于试验压力。进行水压试验前将待试管道中所有阀门全开,并将阀门的止水螺栓上紧。

  3、待试管道末端必需用盲堵板封堵,严禁以阀门闸板充当盲堵板。

  4、在进行水压试验前,管道应以一定的间隔覆土,尤其对于蛇行管道,压力试验时,应将管道固定在原位。采用承插胶圈安装的PE管,三通、角弯位部位及钢管部分的直管段必须采用砼支墩进行固定。避免在水压试验过程中承插脱离。

  5、在待试管道中,阀门、三通、法兰等部位应暴露以便于检查是否泄漏。

  6、将管道压力提高至工作压力并保持,观察是否发生明显的压力降。然后沿线巡视,检查阀门、三通、法兰等部位有无肉眼可见的泄漏。

  7、PE管有一定的膨胀度。为了保证管子充分膨胀,在确保待试管道中阀门、法兰接口等部位没有渗漏的前提下,在正式水压试验前,我们可以将管道压力提高试验压力并保持3—4小时。这样做可以使PE管道充分膨胀,避免在试压过程中由于管道膨胀导致试验压力下降。

  (2). The pressure gauge should be placed as far as possible at the lowest part of the pipeline.

  (3). Increase the pressure to the required pressure value at a steady pressure increase rate, and avoid sudden rapid pressure increase.

(5). Under the test pressure of the PE pipe, slowly open the exhaust valve and observe whether there is residual air discharged. If the water is sprayed continuously and uninterrupted, it indicates that the gas in the pipeline to be tested has been completely exhausted, and it can be closed. Vent.

  2. When the pressure test conditions do not allow the valve to be tested, the working pressure of the valve in the pipeline to be tested must be greater than the test pressure. Fully open all the valves in the pipeline to be tested and tighten the water-stop bolts of the valves before the water pressure test.

  3. The end of the pipeline to be tested must be blocked with a blind plugging plate, and it is strictly forbidden to use the valve gate as a blind plugging plate.

  4. Before the hydraulic test, the pipeline should be covered with soil at a certain interval, especially for the snake pipeline, the pipeline should be fixed in place during the pressure test. For PE pipes installed with socket rubber rings, the straight pipe sections of the tee, corner and bend positions and the steel pipe part must be fixed with concrete buttresses. Avoid detachment of the socket during the hydraulic test.

   5. In the pipeline to be tested, valves, tees, flanges and other parts should be exposed to facilitate inspection for leakage.

   6. Increase the pipeline pressure to working pressure and maintain it, and observe whether there is a significant pressure drop. Then patrol along the line to check the valve, tee, flange and other parts for visible leakage.

  7, PE pipe has a certain degree of expansion. In order to ensure the full expansion of the pipe, under the premise of ensuring that there is no leakage in the valve, flange interface and other parts of the pipeline to be tested, we can increase the pipeline pressure and maintain the test pressure for 3-4 hours before the formal hydraulic test. Doing so can make the PE pipeline fully expand, and avoid the test pressure drop due to pipeline expansion during the pressure test.
