HDPE管—环保节能新型管材

HDPE排水管是一种塑料埋地排水管,与传统排水管材相比,HDPE缠绕增强管不仅具有零泄漏、无污染、寿命长、耐腐蚀、便于铺设安装等主要优点,而且生产过程和施工过程无污染、低排放,废弃物可以循环利用,是国内外公认的环保、节能的新型管材。

  与其他塑料管材相比,HDPE缠绕增强管是少数可实现DN300mm-DN4000mm全口径的塑料管材之一,在大口径塑料埋地排水管领域具有较为显著的竞争优势。

  随着中国国民经济持续、快速的发展,中国城市化进程稳步推进。中国城市化率于1996年达到30%以来,平均每年以1.25个百分点左右的速度提升,至2009年,中国的城市化率已达到45.7%。HDPE排水管今后中国的城市化进程仍将保持较快速度。城区规模的不断扩大,将导致新增大量市政道路;城市人口的不断增加,将导致城市污水排放量急剧增加,这些都要求中国相应加大城市排水管网的投资建设。

  而中国现有的排水管道中,70%以上都是上世纪八九十年代铺设的,使用年限较长,而且主要是混凝土管、陶土管以及用砖石砌成的暗渠。由于建设年代较远,施工技术落后,材料较差,这些排水管道破损情况屡有发生,许多管道结构甚至整体塌落。

  陈年管网质量差、口径小是造成中国众多城市排水不畅和内涝问题长期难以解决的重要原因之一,中国陈年管网更新改造已势在必行。国内埋地排水管市场空间广阔,随着中国国民经济持续、快速发展,城市化进程稳步推进,城市排水管网的投资将逐年增加。

  另外,电力工业、石油化工、综合交通枢纽等大型重要工程项目的建设也将拉动大口径排水管道的需求。

HDPE pipe-new type of environmental protection and energy saving pipe

HDPE drainage pipe is a kind of plastic buried drainage pipe. Compared with traditional drainage pipes, HDPE winding reinforced pipe not only has the main advantages of zero leakage, no pollution, long life, corrosion resistance, easy laying and installation, but also production process and construction process. No pollution, low emissions, and waste can be recycled. It is a new type of pipe material recognized at home and abroad for environmental protection and energy saving.

  Compared with other plastic pipes, HDPE winding reinforced pipe is one of the few plastic pipes that can achieve full-caliber DN300mm-DN4000mm, and has a significant competitive advantage in the field of large-caliber plastic buried drainage pipes.

  With the continuous and rapid development of China's national economy, the process of urbanization in China is advancing steadily. Since China's urbanization rate reached 30% in 1996, it has increased by an average of about 1.25 percentage points per year. By 2009, China's urbanization rate had reached 45.7%. HDPE drainage pipes will continue to maintain a relatively rapid rate of urbanization in China in the future. The continuous expansion of urban areas will result in a large number of new municipal roads; the continuous increase of urban population will lead to a sharp increase in urban sewage discharge, which requires China to increase investment in urban drainage pipe networks accordingly.

  More than 70% of the existing drainage pipes in China were laid in the 1980s and 1990s and have a long service life. They are mainly concrete pipes, clay pipes and culverts built with bricks. Due to the relatively long construction period, backward construction technology and poor materials, these drainage pipes have been damaged frequently, and many pipe structures have even collapsed as a whole.

   Poor quality and small diameter of the old pipe network are one of the important reasons that have caused the long-term difficult to solve the problem of poor drainage and waterlogging in many cities in China. The renewal and transformation of the old pipe network in China is imperative. The domestic market for buried drainage pipes is vast. With the continuous and rapid development of China's national economy and the steady progress of urbanization, investment in urban drainage pipe networks will increase year by year.

   In addition, the construction of large-scale and important engineering projects such as the electric power industry, petrochemical industry, and comprehensive transportation hubs will also drive the demand for large-diameter drainage pipelines.
