【素炒小河虾】

这种纯野生小河虾不用炸不用炖,简单清炒,味道鲜美,我家经常吃,儿童补钙食物。

 

[撒花]我家常年在河里捕鱼,自然少不了吃各种鱼虾。每到深秋季节时,天气逐渐寒冷,河虾数量少了很多,这种河虾个头都不算大,如果炒着吃就得挑小一些的虾,不用去头须、虾线什么的,不过我做这种虾时总爱去掉虾头,因为有小孩吃,怕扎着嘴。

 

[撒花]【做法步骤】

[比心]1、将小河虾的头去掉,左手的大拇指和食指捏着虾头身的连接处,右手大拇指和食指捏着虾头,稍用力一揪就摘掉了虾头,都处理好后清洗几遍捞出沥干水分。

[比心]2、葱、姜洗净,葱切段,姜切丝,大蒜去皮后切片备用。

[比心]3、锅中倒适量植物油,油热时下入姜蒜炒香,炒香之后放河虾继续翻炒,此时河虾很快变成红色。

[比心]4、大约炒两分钟后加食盐调味,下入葱段翻均匀即可。

 

[撒花]我在清炒这种河虾时用料都很少,原本吃虾就是吃它的鲜味,个人觉得调料越少河虾味道更鲜美!
