【素炒小河虾】

这种纯野生小河虾不用炸不用炖，简单清炒，味道鲜美，我家经常吃，儿童补钙食物。

[撒花]我家常年在河里捕鱼，自然少不了吃各种鱼虾。每到深秋季节时，天气逐渐寒冷，河虾数量少了很多，这种河虾个头都不算大，如果炒着吃就得挑小一些的虾，不用去头须、虾线什么的，不过我做这种虾时总爱去掉虾头，因为有小孩吃，怕扎着嘴。

[比心]1、将小河虾的头去掉，左手的大拇指和食指捏着虾头身的连接处，右手大拇指和食指捏着虾头，稍用力一揪就摘掉了虾头，都处理好后清洗几遍捞出沥干水分。

[比心]3、锅中倒适量植物油，油热时下入姜蒜炒香，炒香之后放河虾继续翻炒，此时河虾很快变成红色。

[撒花]我在清炒这种河虾时用料都很少，原本吃虾就是吃它的鲜味，个人觉得调料越少河虾味道更鲜美！

[Xiexin] 2, onion, ginger washed, onion cut, ginger shredded, garlic peeled and sliced ​​for later use.

[Xiexin] 3, pour the appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, add the ginger and garlic to saute. After the saute, put the river shrimp and stir fry. At this time, the river shrimp will turn red quickly.
