PE-RT地暖管,是由PE-RT(Polyethyleneofraisedtermperatureresistance),即耐高温性聚乙烯为原料,研制而成的一种采暖专用管道,是一种可以用于热水的非交联的聚乙烯管,也有人突出了其非交联的特性,叫它"耐高温非交联聚乙烯管"。PE-RT是一种采用特殊的分子设计和合成工艺生产的一种中密度聚乙烯,它采用乙烯和辛烯共聚的方法,通过控制侧链的数量和分布得到独特的分子结构,来提高PE管的耐热性。PE-RT原料不但具有合格的蠕变破变曲线,而且其管材价格适中,施工相对其它品种方便、快捷,连接形式属于现阶段最可靠的本位互熔热熔连接的形式,管件部位的孔径大于相同规格管材的内径,在系统中因为没有局部缩径的机械连接方式,所以系统流体阻力相对较小。随着塑料技术的发展,室内供暖系统能提供各种不同用途的塑料管材。由于塑料管材具有内壁光滑、热媒流动阻力小,耐酸碱、使用寿命长,安装方便等优点。近几年来被址地暖系统中广泛的应用,PE-RT做为新一代的采暖专用管材正逐步成为地暖市场的主流产品。

1、良好的稳定性和长期的耐压性能∶管材匀质性好,性能稳定,具有良好的抗热蠕变性能,优良的长期耐静液压能力。

2、管道易于弯曲,方便施工∶弯曲半径小(R最小=5D),弯曲部分的应力可以很快得到松弛,可避免在使用过程中由于应力集中而引起管道在弯曲处出现破坏。PE-RT管可热熔连接,因而管道在应用过程中如果损坏维修起来方便。

3、抗冲击性能好,安全性高,低温脆裂温度可达-70℃,可在低温环境下运输、施工。

4、耐老化、寿命长∶由于PE-RT材料的优良特性,在工作温度为70℃,压力为0.8MPa条件下,PE-RT管可安全使用50年以上。5、加工工艺方便,质量易于控制;

6、可热熔连接,便于安装和维修。若因外力造成管道系统破坏,可采取热熔方式对管道进行维修,方便、安全、快捷,无需更换整条采暖管。工程安装成本、维修成本低,性价比高。

7、绿色,环保∶废管可熔化,可回收。

产品用途

1、地面采暖系统。它适用于家庭起居室,卧室以及公用浴室,游泳池、幼儿园,养老院等采暖用;它还适用于其他特殊需要用地面采暖管道,如机场跑道,城市干道融雪管道(优选)。

2、建筑物内冷热水管道系统。3、中央空调系统用管材。

4、食品、制药、饮料等卫生行业用管材。

5、农业,养殖业、园林绿化用管材。

运输安装

1、PE-RT地暖管具有良好的柔韧性,在弯曲半径8倍管外径时任意弯曲,弯曲后不反弹;耐低温性能好、在冬季低温下也可以施工,安装方便,连接可靠,埋入地下的管子为整根铺设,没有接头,彻底消除渗漏隐患,物料可以回收再利用。

2、PE-RT地暖管施工环境温度不宜低于5℃冬季施工要当心,切管时应采用专用工具,断口面应垂直管轴线,对已安装的管道不能霞压、敲击,必要时对易受外力部位覆盖保护物。PE-RT管施工过程中,防止油漆,沥清或其它化学溶剂接触污染管线表面。

3、PE-RT地暖管较金属管硬度低,在搬运施工中应加以保护。避免小适当外力造成机械损伤,在暗敷设后要标出管道位置,以免二次装修破坏管道。

4、PE-RT地暖管在运输、装卸和搬运时,应小心轻放,不得抛、摔滚、拖、避免爆晒雨淋,宜储存在温度不超过4℃,通风良好和干净的库房内;与热源距离至少应保持在1m以上。PE-RT地暖管敷设地下不应有接头。应整根铺设,使管道—体化,无渗漏点。

Transport and installation

1. PE-RT floor heating pipe has good flexibility, bends arbitrarily when the bending radius is 8 times the outer diameter of the pipe, and does not rebound after bending; it has good low temperature resistance and can be constructed at low temperatures in winter. It is easy to install, reliable in connection, and buried. The underground pipe is laid as a whole, without joints, which completely eliminates the hidden danger of leakage, and the materials can be recycled and reused.

2. The construction environment temperature of PE-RT floor heating pipe should not be lower than 5℃. Be careful in winter construction. Special tools should be used when cutting the pipe.
